I have a strange occurrence on one of my Octopus installations. There are multiple add site, add account, add site and client, etc. See the photos I attached.

Everything verifies and this is only on one octopus installation.

Seems like this could be a problem but I am not sure of how to trouble shoot it because everything seems operational.

I have never seen anything like that. Try to restart Redis with:

/etc/init.d/redis-server stop
killall -9 redis-server
rm -f /var/run/redis.pid
rm -f /var/lib/redis/*
/etc/init.d/redis-server start
