Moderated terms are being assigned to the wrong nodes

I don't know if this module is still under development, so this might just be for the record:

Moderated terms are being assigned to the wrong nodes (not the node that got tagged, but another one). This happens after the moderated terms are processed through ./admin/settings/community-tags. I havn't identified a pattern which nodes are actually tagged, but it might be a simple offset.

So please beware, running 6.x-2.x-dev might totally mess up your taxonomy.
