The limitation appears to be a conflict Browser upload of images IMCE which is one of the most used by the community. This module makes it easy to upload images to the user is integrated with CKEditor.

For example, when a new article is created, with a click on the Insert image the window of the CKEditor is opened. After that, with click on the Find server the second window with IMCE is opened. On this window the javascript does not work and the Insert image button does not appear, making it impossible to select an image from the list. Double click on the file name does not work.

Initially thought the problem had appeared after upgrading from Drupal 7.19 to 7.21. However, activating the IMCE any other template functions normally.

Anyone else had the same problem? I researched the issues and I haven't found a similar case.

I've run into the same problem. It doesn't look to me like it's related to the theme, however. I switched to Bartik and still had the same problem of IMCE not working.

I'm marking this closed, works as designed. Release notes from D7.20 show a known problem with IMCE, so this is clearly not related to Omega. It does not appear that was fixed in D7.21,
