The Flush Page Button has gone missing off of the boost block where it's normally located. As user 1, I can see it, but all other administrators cannot. However they can see all other information contained in that block. Is there a permission setting I'm not aware of that changed in the latest version?

yan CreditAttribution: yan commentedIt seems unreasonable to me to use the permission "administer site configuration" to flush pages, it gives users a whole lot of permissions regarding the site administration. I think it would be much better to simply create a permission like "flush pages from static cache" or something like that.
