Does anyone know of a way to collect extra informations or addon extra fields to a donation forms (address, membership number, newsletter tick box...)

Hi Gingerfrog,

I've created a sandbox project for this. You can find it here:

http://drupal.org/sandbox/jerdavis/1097930

That sandbox is for Drupal 6, so it may need a couple of updates to run in 7 though most of what it does is work with the Pay API so those parts won't need updating.

If you feel comfortable taking a pass at that please do and if you want to post a patch to the issue queue for the sandbox I can apply it. If you'r not comfortable with that let me know and I can see if I can take a few minutes to look at it.

I'm also interested in adding additional fields where I can catch information from the donor like contact information (address, phone, email), a shared gift checkbox, checkboxes to denote if the gift is in memory or honor of someone, etc. I'm not totally understanding how the Sandbox works, so I'm going to read up on that a little more & see if that helps me at all too.

I'm still learning Drupal (D7), so I'm not comfortable helping at this point. But any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
