How does AT play ball with Picture, seeing as Picture depends upon Breakpoints?

The reason I am very interested in this is that I have been an AIS user formerly, but since Picture is going into Drupal 8 core it makes sense to start migrating into that direction and I believe it would be important for AT to take this into consideration as well.

Wow, you assume you will be able to upgrade Drupal from D7 to D8 :p

I know people use these modules but honestly I have not used them very much, I tend to stay away from really bleeding edge stuff for production sites and haven't had time lately (say about a the last year or so) to really get down and test these modules.

Let us know how you get on, I would love to make more time for this discussion and do some testing myself, possibly in May (holidays for me, yay!).

It works really well. Had it up and running using AdaptiveTheme in 15 minutes. As myberg mentions this was using the Breakpoints module to set the breakpoints and groups, so I guess there may be a degree of duplication going on, but it certainly didn't inconvenience me.

I haven't encountered anything that throws AdaptiveTheme for a loop - Best HTML 5 responsive theme by a country mile.

Has there been anymore chatter about this topic? We are using Adpaptive Theme also. I am interested in the Picture module but don't want to install it and the Breakpoints module if they will over write or mess up the Adaptive Theme's breakpoints.

Hint (this is the drupal way!):
If you are interested in the Picture module then test it within your dev-installation, after you have made a backup of the database AND ALL files.

Good luck!

Just install it and use it, I've used it a lot now. In D8 AT requires the Breakpoints module (which is part of Drupal core in D8).
