Any docs available to change the theme appearance.

I need to alter Kickstart theme. As is, isn't cheerful and bright, that is what I need now.

Don't get me wrong I like the theme, just isn't a fit for what I need.

I was thinking since it was Omega it had alot of options for altering the appearance.

I don't want to change the kickstart distribution, which works well enough.

Oh.. can we use other themes with Kickstart distribution, if so is there information on best way to do this?

The adaptive AT commerce theme uses the full colorwheel, which means it can be tweaked for just what I'm trying to do. I'm not trying to rock the boat. Just need to produce a bright upbeat theme for this one particular site I'm working on now.
