I use geojson to draw some lines. Is there a way to have an arrow at one end of the line?

Yes, this would be possible with a custom Style. See the official OL javascript documention: http://openlayers.org/en/v3.11.2/examples/line-arrows.html

You can create your own styles in Admin > Structure > Openlayers > Styles
