Do you have the radix theme downloaded as well? You don't need to enable it. Just need it inside the themes folder.

I have been able to reproduce this issue using Drupal 7.38. When I check the PHP error log I see this:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function restaurant_base_get_settings() in /home2/jocasgou/public_html/sites/all/themes/plate/template.php on line 18

I have radix enabled. This is with a fresh install of Drupal 7.38 with the Restaurant No Core package.

Thanks for the report. So this theme works with the restaurant distribution. That's why you're getting the error if installed outside of the distribution. I'll see if we can package and release it as an stand alone theme.

Hi, I have installed open restaurant distrbution and it was working fine with the sizzle theme. Under appearance, I added plate theme and enabled it as default theme.
Getting the below error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function restaurant_base_get_settings() in \sites\all\themes\plate\template.php on line 18.

Please help me with this issue
