Port simplytest.me profile to Drupal 8 [#1957038]

Following critical core issues need to be resolved before porting simplytest.me makes sense:
#1535868: Convert all blocks into plugins
#1743686: Condition Plugin System
#1818580: [Meta] Convert all entity types to the new Entity Field API
#1735118: Convert Field API to CMI
#1848648: [meta] Convert menu system to new routing system
#111715: Convert node/content types into configuration

Now (July/August) is the time I planned to port the simplytest.me profile to D8 and relaunch the service, unfortunately the API's are not nearly as stable / frozen as I hoped they would be. Therefore I'm probably going to start a new 7.x-2.x branch instead for the relaunch.
