Editing Taxonomy terms in Groups

Hi guys,

We have recently been working on re-arranging or translating what we could in the Shanghai DUG and ideally, we would like to potentially edit/change slightly the description of existing taxonomy terms to be:

Drupal营 DrupalCamp
Drupal上海营 DrupalCampSH1
聚会 Meetup
代码冲刺 Code Sprint
协同贡献聚会 Workshop
培训 Training

I'm not an organizer of the group myself, so I have no rights to go and make/perform any change.
However, after contacting group moderators, they kindly replied that currently they don't have enough permissions to be able to change and edit these taxonomy terms/tags.

Therefore, I wanted to know whether anybody with greater administrative rights could help us perhaps making this change.
However, this wouldn't really solve the problem, since if other terms are created in the future and would also need editing, then we would have to get back in this tracker to ask the same question again.

So would there be any particular reason Group Organizers would have the permission for creating new terms/tags, but not to edit them?
Could this potentially be changed or adjusted? Could we try finding a better solution to provide more independance for Organizers to be able to edit term names in their groups?

Could you please let me know if I overlooked or missed anything and perhaps there would be a major blocker to this or maybe it is already possible?
