No error message on required field with field collection module

I am using data field with field collection module and i set the number of values of field collection to unlimited. For the fisrt instance of field collection there is error message if date is empty, but in case of other ones there wont be error message if date field is not entered.

As it can be seen when i hit the "add another item" there wont be error message for date field.
