I looked through the list of bugs and found something similar here: http://drupal.org/node/1949124. However, I'm getting the href instead of random html. I thought it might have to do with sanitizing the title's output, but I couldn't figure it out. I've attached a screen shot of what's going on. Any help would be great. Thanks.
