nf_handshake 5.x-1.1

fixed the problem where user 1 and admins could shake hands even with proper settings. now can.

admins now see handshake data above regular user data instead of either/or when admins can shake hands.

now respond to user deletion so we clean up our tables.

user email and picture from standard users table now included as options for handshaking.
