Looking at admin/config/search/metatags
Right now there's no way without a mouse of knowing that an element is on focus or not. I've been able to link to sub-elements, but don't think I can expand them.
There needs to be some visual outline to allow you to see if you're hovering over a link and some way to expand/collapse the group of items.

DamienMcKennaThis is important, we want it to be accessible.

mgiffordThanks Damien. This is all just within metatag.admin.js I assume. Might be some ideas that can be borrowed from #922022-45: The token tree UI is not accessible to keyboard only users

DamienMcKennaCould you please provide some further details of which parts need improvement (the main list, the "add a metatag default" form, etc) and what kinds of improvements would be beneficial? I was able to successfully tab around all pages and it worked fine (using the Seven admin theme).

mgiffordI swear that this was a problem the last time I tested it, but it's working fine now.
Should add that I just tested this with the latest version on SimplyTest.me
