Because of http://drupal.org/node/1904690#warning :

During the import from the theme all breakpoints of the Theme-'.info'-file should be sorted correct.

At the moment they are not sorted (correct).

This issue is for D7 and D8.

Sorry, I am no php-coder. I cannot give you the code for this.

The problem is that it isn't easy to sort media queries, that is way they have to be in the right order.

If you want this to be solved for Drupal 8 you have to create an issue in the Drupal project.
