Packager is not working

Hi looking at: http://drupal.org/project/wetkit

The packager has now built anything since April 17 and I can't trigger a rebuilt.

I additionally added a release tag of 7.x-1.0-alpha1 and still can't add a new release.

I noticed that my commits on http://drupal.org/node/1972380/commits differ from http://drupalcode.org/project/wetkit.git

Can someone explain to me what is going one. I find the packager behavior very inconsistent.
