Add pauseOnHover support.

I understand that focus is now on flexslider 2.x, however I needed this and it is not possible for me to upgrade this site to 2.x at this point.

Here is the patch.

It is a minor patch that should not cause any issues down the line so maybe it could still be committed even though it is 1.x?
