It seems that several options have disappeared from my image field settings and I'm limited to Automatic, Link to file, Link to file (with icon), Original image, Colorbox large, Colorbox medium, Colorbox thumbnail, large, medium and thumbnail. Lightbox styles are gone.

They were definitely there when I first began using 1.3 and I was using "thumbnail>full-size" (or whatever it was called, I forget) extensively. Even stranger, content using that image style (or template?) still outputs my images correctly in a lightbox, even though the option is no longer available to me.

Is this self-inflicted? I'm pulling out my hair trying to figure out what has changed. I've looked at my input filters and dragged Lightbox to the top, double- and triple-checked my image fields, double-checked my lightbox settings, all to no avail.

Update

It looks like lightbox is still working because I am displaying images on the content type's Display page and the drop-down list there still has lightbox styles listed. They're just not listed in the Image field now. Am I just misremembering seeing them there in the first place? How do I get them back so that I can insert lightbox images?

I added several custom styles through the Imagecache Custome actions module and they are not available in the dropdown list as available styles, just the default ones are there.
