There was a small bug in the code (missing '/') that prevented the module from using an advanced_forum.css from the theme directory.

Since it is a small change (literally adding a '/'), and I have tested it on two sites in which the functionality now works, I have marked as 'ready to be committed' instead of 'needs review'.
