  • Revision wizard is not tested
  • node revision title handler (plugin_id = 'node_revision')

This is done, see \Drupal\node\Tests\Views\NodeRevisionWizardTest::testViewAdd

For the other bit we have #2567215: Add test coverage for Node revision link handlers
