I (want to) use ckeditor module 7.13 with ckeditor 4.1.1 full version. under /sites/all/libraries/ckeditor.
The library can be found by the module - no errors.

When i open the configuration of advanced or full profile, there are no toolbars to choose - see attached image.

All configuration is set to default, i also uninstalled and installed the module several times and moved the js to /sites/all/modules/ckeditor/ckeditor or to /sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/41
Cleared cache several times.
Truncated the cache tables with phpMyAdmin.
Uninstalled fckeditor (v6), which i used in d6-version of the site and deleted all remaining %fckeditor% from MySQL tables.

If i call /sites/all/modules/ckeditor/ckeditor/samples/index.html the demos are not working.
If i call /sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/samples/index.html the demos are working.

First i used ckeditor with the wysiwyg module - also no toolbars.

Can somebody give me a hint, what else i can do to get ckeditor to work?

I found more functions that are not working at this website:

  • field settings
  • saving block positions after drag and drop
  • saving field positions after drag and drop
  • no tabed view of authoring information, publishing options, ... at node creation
  • ...

I disabled a lot of modules to investigate, if one of the installed modules is the problem.
It was the highlight module which was the origin of the failure. I will post an issue there.

Hope this usefull for others.
