The captcha fallback on my site doesn't work.
Neither does the enable testing mode function as I expected.
If I enter spam spam spam in a protected form running under https, the submission goes through successfully without being blocked.
I'm testing this because some of our users are getting blocked from submitting but not receiving a captcha as they should have.
I've looked over the support incidents.
I do have a captcha module but it's not activated on my site.
I am running in relaxed setting, text analysis.
My API keys are up-to-date

sunDo you still experience this issue today or was this a temporary fluke?
In case you still do, can you provide an error log message from your Drupal logs?

kruser CreditAttribution: kruser commentedI have a similar issue, when I submit a form with spammy text, I get a message "Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted. If you feel this is in error, please report that you are blocked.".
I have "When text analysis is unsure *Show a CAPTCHA" enabled, so I'm wondering why it's showing this message and not the captcha?

sun@kruser, I'm afraid that sounds unrelated to this issue. I'd recommend to file a support ticket with Mollom support and to provide them the content/session ID(s) of the affected session(s).

sunIt sounds like this issue has been fixed with #2108285: Fallback mode is not always triggered in case Mollom is not reachable
