In both Firefox and Chrome, I find that when I go to edit a menu item, the list of domains doesn't appear under the "|> Manage Item Visibility per domain" header. When I attempt to click on the right pointing arrow/triangle, nothing happens and nothing is clickable. Using Firebug I'm able to see that there is a list of domains within the page, but I can't get access to it. I do have the Jquery update-7.x-2.3 and Jquery UI-1.x-dev modules enabled which provide jQuery 1.5.2 and jQuery UI 1.8.11.

What else can I do to debug this issue?

I believe this is a bigger issue and has nothing to do with Domain Menu Access. See https://drupal.org/node/1815896
