There is a situation could occur when OG settings aren't needed or set to #access=FALSE in form. So that this notice occurs:

Notice: Undefined index: und in commons_q_a_field_attach_submit() (line 192 of /home/cross/data/www/opera.artemshymko.com/profiles/commons/modules/contrib/commons_q_a/commons_q_a.module).

Attached patch is about to fix this situation.
