Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.In the installer, on the "Configure site" page, the fieldset called "Server Settings" contains two select boxes: "Default country" and "Default time zone". I haven't checked where the name "Server Settings" comes from but IMHO it doesn't make sense. I propose to rename the fieldset to "Regional Settings".
