I use Manual Path aliases and when I Delete Content Aliases, My manual Aliases are also deleted.

Dave ReidThere is currently no way to track what aliases are pathauto generated, and which ones are manually created. :/

GoddamnNoise CreditAttribution: GoddamnNoise commentedThat's really weird and can result in a really big mess. That's what i've faced today: after manually optimizing all the urls of one site (hundreds of them), i had to rebuild the alias urls just to discover that all the work was gone.
I think the manually generated aliases shouldn't be deleted at all.
