As for now a Views Field View (i.e. a Views block) would be wrapped within span tag. That's not good (having div tags within span tag) since it would not validate as correct html. So when adding a Views Field View it seems to be a good idea to adjust the field's Style Settings check Customize field HTML, and choose HTML element DIV.

..or I am wrong?
