Country, State and Day Lists not available

I'm not sure if this is a bug but when I enable the Form Builder Webform UI, the ability to choose a pre-populated list is not available. When I disable the module, it displays as an option. I tried to add the list manually, but the error message stated that I was not able to add more than 100 options (which is limiting for countries). When I switch back to the Webform without the Form Builder, the option lists are available. See attached for what is missing.
