why should add the module name to the git diff > [description]-[issue-number]-[comment-number].patch
like the "Submitting a patch" section says.
That would be following snippet:
git diff > [project_name]-[description]-[issue-number]-[comment-number].patch
so it is the same as https://drupal.org/patch/submit#patch_naming

apadernoI am trying to understand what the request is, but I cannot understand it. What are you suggesting to change? Are you asking why that page suggests adding the project name to the filename of a patch?
Since you used Task as category, I would take you are suggesting a change, but you don't say what you want to change. It seems more a support request, but in that case, I don't see any clear question; you are stating some facts, but without making clear to what you are referring.
