No "settings" or "presets" tab on Admin UI

I love fb-social but I'm having an issue... the site I'm currently managing uses Drupal 6.x with RootCandy (v 1.9.2.9) as an admin theme. When I browse to the Facebook Social config page, I don't see the "settings" and "presets" tabs at the top of the page. As such, I can't add any presets :( . If I type "/admin/build/fbsocial/presets" into the address bar, I still only see the settings page.

I can enable version 1.x beta9 and have no issues, but I need to have several different presets / blocks of the same type, so I think I'll need version 2.0.

Any suggestions?
