Either the CHANGELOG.txt file needs to be updated or removed as it only mentions 7.x-1.x versions.

I see that the typo has been fixed. But the CHANGELOG still exists.

What about adding a line at the top to point to e.g.

"This file only contains old changes. For recent changes see: http://cgit.drupalcode.org/features/log/
