The main menu or breadcrumbs will not appear in front page. I will try to remove and reinstall Impact_Theme. If this is successful I will report it here.

Problem Update: RESOLVED!

The problem was a user(me) defined setting problem. I was able to resolve the problem by going to "Home » Administration » Configuration » System » Site information" and changing the "Default front page" setting. I had specified an optional relative URL. After removing the URL and leaving the option blank, Drupal displayed the default content, which included the main menu navigation bar.

e.g. - Optionally, specify a relative URL to display as the front page. Leave blank to display the default content feed.
