Live preview design looks strange when configuration is not already in a fieldset

There is a large problem in Panopoly Magic when you have configuration options that are *not* in a fieldset already. This includes things like "Existing Node" that have options but it breaks the design. We should implement a global way to handle this in either CSS (so it doesn't break) or moving stuff to a general settings fieldset.
