Version 1.3.0 of the timeago jQuery plugin was released yesterday.

Updating to the latest version of timeago is important as the Timeago module (included with Commons) will prevent (through hook_requirements) the user from running update.php unless they have the latest version of the library.

timeago 1.3.0 has only a few minor changes. Tested with an existing Commons site and didn't run into any issues
