Patch for separate tablet theme

Mobile Switch has been working without any problems on my site, switching between one "desktop" and one "mobile" theme according to the device you're using. So far so great.

Now there was the request for a third version for smartphones only, so I needed something to switch between "desktop", "tablet" and "smartphone" theme. I tried to achieve this with Mobile Tools, ThemeKey, BrowsCap etc. but without any real success. So I decided to write a small patch for Mobile Switch to use two different themes for tablets and non-tablets. Basically I just replaced the setting "Use on tablet devices?" with a second theme menu, so you can set one "smartphone" and one "tablet" theme separately.

I thought this might be useful for some more people, so I'll post the patch here. Would be great to see this feature in some future release.
