After recently doing a routine module update, the IMCE file upload functionality is broken. Everything works fine except the file upload button. I can use the file browser, see my directories, etc. But when a file is selected and the upload button is pushed, nothing happens. The button is disabled, ie, it isn't 'live', and can't be used. This IMCE worked great until this happened. Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the browser's error console for javascript errors.

I had the same problem and looking at the console there was an error imce.js at 792. I commented out that line and the buttons appeared just fine.
