As of June 11, 2013, the version of Twitter Pull installed with OPIC does not work. This patch updates that module and adds the Twitter and OAuth modules to the install profile to minimize impact on OPIC and provide a path to continue using any code built on top of the Twitter Pull module.

There were several options listed in the issue addressing this update below, but this one appeared to be the lowest impact for existing OPIC installations.

As this was a functioning part of OpenPublic that is now blank and buggy, this seems a bit higher priority to fix.

The patch eyeballs good to me, though the release notes should be sure to mention that API credentials are now needed.

Doesn't do enough; should be an update hook to enable new modules at least imo

#2051533: Enable twitter module via update hook if exists
