I think that a recently added feature in the user.module can give some problem: when admin activates a newly user-created account, the "last access" field is set to time()--> so now it's not possible to understand if that user had really logged in, or never...

Please use http://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/drupal to create a bug report rather than the forums. And it's wise to avoid cross posting forums like this.

1st posting was just an error (wrong forum), and I wasnt able to delete it... ok, I'll use this link to create a bug report (if it's a bug... :)
