As per #1979236-3: Convert pm/people to views.

Each view page should have a link to add a new node of the relevant type (at the top).

We should add more filters.

Should wait for #1848938: View handlers missing to be complete so that we can also have all icons working out of the box.

I'm working on some improvements to these on the demo site.
