Hello,

how is it possible to add a suffix after endhours?

Example:
Monday: 10:00 - 15:00 Uhr
(in english "uhr" is "o clock")

In thr formatter settings, you can set 'Separators'. Set the first one to 'Uhr'. Unfortunately, it will not be translatable.
Alternatively, you can override the css 'class="oh-display-times oh-display-hours" '
