I found an issue when i tried to do a new "job application" in a site uploaded to pantheon, drupal shows "Duplicate entry '19-5-acl' for key 'PRIMARY': INSERT INTO {node_access}" I made a small research and found the rule that was injecting this issue, if you go to Configuration-Workflow-Rules-Job Application Rules and drop "Grant access by user" rule.
I tested again the "Apply" functionality and works OK, the problem whit this rule (I think) is it make a double insert or something like that. I don't understand what is doing here, because in my local environment work's ok with all the rules.
