realnames do not re-sync from ldap

I have issues with ldapdata and realname.
First creation of user -> everything works fine,
Change data on LDAP server -> changes not reflected. :(

I tried this patch

but it doesn't re-sync realname after a change on LDAP side.
Only works on first creation of user.
What should I do? try? test?...

Modules on set:
profile module
realname module
ldapdata
ldapsync (tested it, it did not help, deactivated it)
