So what modules do I need to add to get these forward emails to be sent html? I've added htmlmail and mailsystem, but it is still getting filtered out, with the links getting moved/listed at the bottom.

john.oltman CreditAttribution: john.oltman commentedIs HTMLMail setup as the default mail system when you use Configuration > Mail System? It needs to be, or you can set that up as the mail system for the Forward module only, so it only affects this one module.

(I did find it in the README in the module's folder, but might be helpful for others looking for it on the site.)
Also, would it be possible to clarify the entry?
From this statement, I assumed it meant that HTML emails would therefor work out of the box, but they do not. "admin/config/system/mailsystem" does not appear to exist unless you install the Mail System module, so would it be possible to update the message to clarify the dependancy on the Mail System module?
Thanks!

john.oltman CreditAttribution: john.oltman commentedThe Drupal 8 version sends HTML email out of the box with no dependencies and does it without affecting any other mail systems you have installed. Therefore documentation is no longer needed.
