so i'm aware that a lot of people have posted with this problem however after looking through all of them i can't find a solution that works/applies to the specific problem i'm getting.
I'm using drupal 7.22 and the ckeditor version stated above with the full package downloaded from the ckeditor.com website. Its also worth noting i have 2 drupal sites and they are not responding in the same manner.

Everything was working fine with my second website until i attempted adding another plugin into ckeditor (i had added ones in the past and it had been fine) after problems getting the button to appear in the edit body section when it was appearing in the configuration options the body then disappeared completely. I've tried multiple things including:

a. clearing the drupal cache (multiple times)
b. clearing the chrome cache for the last day
c. clearing the system cache
d. deleting the plugin that could have potentially caused this from drupal and my windows login
e. uninstalling and reinstalling ckeditor including putting a fresh download on from the internet
f. disabling and re-enabling ckeditor
g. deleted temporary files in the disk cleanup

so the problem i'm now getting is as follows:

- if i log into my old site on my log in the ckeditor works perfectly
- if i log into my new site on my log in on a different windows account to my own the body shows up fine
- if a different admin logs into the new site on their windows account the body shows up fine

- if i log into my new site on my log in on my windows account full and filtered html options leave the body blank (but plain text shows)
- if a different admin logs in to the new site on my windows account the body does not show up for filtered and full html (but plain text appears)

i've attached images showing the edit page on my new site for full html (i see the same for filtered html) - error1
an image showing my new site but on plain text - noerror1
and an image of the ckeditor working on my old site on my accounts - noerror_oldsite

any help would be much appreciated as this is currently stopping me from being able to work on the website.

Maybe the version of the plugin doesn't correspond to the ckeditor version.
