Can there be a view implemented where I can list out all the members of an organic group? Thanks.

Sounds useful. But probably best this would go as views integration into the og module.

I have asked Organic Group Module person. He recommend that this be written by 3rd party integrator instead.

i believe this would be solved with a new view filter: "author is subscriptor of current group".
but i thinks this would be an issue for og project, i actually created it there:
