currently in tokens are available to only 

[node:<field-name>:1:item-id] ,[node:<field-name>:2:item-id]... for delta multivalue
[node:<field-name>:item-id],[node:<field-name>:revision-id] for single value.

Other than item-id,url,revision-id all other properties are missing for referenced entities.

How to get the other property value of referenced node like nid,title etc.
