Although listed on the module page (which I failed to read (pebcak)) the jQuery Update module is not listed in the .info file as a dependency which means that the module enables just fine but could experience difficulties. (I actually ran into library errors before I spotted this particular problem so I don't know if the module should be updated or the project page should be).

Yes, you're right. jquery update it's needed to upload files. Maybe it's better to find other way to updoad files (current used only for template).

So it's a module requirement for the moment.
