Replace "meeting" with more general wording in UI

I am using BigBlueButton in more general use than just to set up meetings. Addition to that BigBlueButton is using word conference (at least in some places like logout notifications).

I suggest we

1. enable BBB administrator (in Drupal end) to choose the word or
2. choose some other (more general) word to describe BBB - perhaps a "session"?

How you are using BBB module, would that suite? Meeting(s) could be of course be default word. It may get a bit tricky since it still needs to be translatable as well.

Any suggestions or opinions? I'll be happy to provide a patch for that, but will not do that if it is clearly a no-go.
