Fix UI for editing items / connecting view to datastore

Right now when someone uploads a file, they can see the preview from recline.

However they might not know to click "manage datastore" and to import their file into the datastore. Why would they?

We should have:

1) A drupal_set_message if there is a csv file that isn't added to the datastore

2) A list of resource nodes that have csv files that shows which have been added to the datastore.
